Based on exp as event organizer in combination with results from the feedback survey I will compile and publish lessons learned from the 2016 Wikimedia Developer Summit.
@Qgil @RobLa-WMF: can you please both comment here with things that you think did *not* go well in *your* area of the organization? For areas that you did not own we will let the feedback survey speak to needed changes.
