$wgGrantPermissions are new in mediawiki, as part of moving grants being moved from OAuth to core

Once this change is deployed to all WMF wikis, should these lines be removed from CommonSettings.php?
@Anomie yes, they can be removed then.
i didn't see we had these in common settings, but that's good, so my patch is less urgent and can go out in the train next week :) I needed the settings in my dev instance for stuff to work and makes sense that they are default in wikibase.
