OTOH, the "Chinese-Sites" is confusing to me, is this:

• only zhwiki, zhwiktionary, zhwikibooks, zhwikinews, zhwikiquote, zhwikisource, zhwikivoyage <del>and zhwikiversity</del>?
• the Wikimedia sites that Chinese people use (wikis above, plus cdowiki, hakwiki, zh-min-nanwiki, zh-yuewiki, etc.)
• the Wikimedia sites that just include Chinese contents? (can have /zh, /zh-hans, /zh-hant translation pages on Commons/Meta-Wiki/Wikidata/Incubator?)
• Very just the Chinese MediaWiki websites? (can include non-WMF Chinese sites e.g. http://wiki.52poke.com ?)

There is a lot of controversy around this tag now: i keep seeing Liuxinyu970226 and Shizhao "spam" reports with discussions on this or that edit (e.g. T151269#2904524).

Can you two please find a shared agreement on the usage of this tag etc., and at any rate resolve your disagreements in a central page such as your mediawiki.org user talks? Thanks.
