@JMinor assuming we have multiple nearby sections, do you think we should add a new nearby section when:

  1. The feed is being updated (by either he user pulling to refresh OR the app starts and auto refreshed)
  2. AND The user moved significantly

or

  1. The feed is being updated (by either he user pulling to refresh OR the app starts and auto refreshed)
  2. AND The user moved significantly
  3. AND no other nearby sections where added today
