There isn't yet an appropriate hook to add filters on Special:Contributions. The only extensibility is to add tag filters, but there's no easy way to simulate a tag, because of assumptions that the tags are backed by database rows.

Better yet, make a reusable function to display the various revision feeds, based on templates.
