The timestamps in the special:notifications page can differ between mobile and desktop.
E.g. The entry for The Signpost here, showing "1 day" vs "2 days"
E.g.2. The entry for Chronological snobbery‬ here, showing "11 days" vs "12 days"

Confirmed in betalabs - not specific to mobile, but specific to discrepancy of the timestamps on Notifications page and the flyout.

Off hand, this sounds like a discrepency between MomentJS and MW dates. @Catrope Could it be we're not completely synchronized between these?

After the overhaul of Special:Notifications the issue is not reproducible anymore - tried in 1.28.0-alpha (b095791) and 1.28.0-wmf.10.
