jam.wikipedia.org was created recently. The migration from incubator was done, and I can see that it still has a lot of in-article interlanguage links. They should be migrated with a bot.

Being bold and assigning to @Ladsgroup because as far as I know he has such a bot ready and can run it easily :)

Also, this should probably be added as a standard step to https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Add_a_wiki .
