This option bloats the form and is useless 99% of the time. What we should do instead is:
a) maintain the functionality when the URL parameter is set
b) link to newbie contribs from RecentChanges in core possible (enwiki already links to this via custom messages)
c) provide an alias special page that also links to newbie contributions
