Currently, anyone can perform reviews in CopyPatrol (https://tools.wmflabs.org/plagiabot/). We should change it so that the review buttons are hidden or greyed out until the user is authenticated via OAuth.

@kaldari Try reviewing while logged out. It should give you an alert and unmark your review. I think that, along with the notice in top banner should suffice.
