Description

When somebody changes name of parameter in template but not in template data, it can cause some problems (T138200)
There should be a way how to automatically change TD.
The first step should be some system message like

"Name of parameters does not match with TemplateData" (T117890)

Next step should be

"In this edit was removed parameter {{{Foo}}} and added {{{Bar}}}. Update TemplateData too?"
