While we are merging content from multiple projects of the same language into a single search index, it is unlikely we want to offer the exact same search results to all projects in that language. Evaluate ways we can influence this, such as boosting articles from the wiki being searched on. Another option might be only doing full text search on the current project, and limiting cross project search to title/redirect matches.
