Can't look for logs for Global rename script

Description

Global rename script is a script that performs local renames on wikis where the account of the steward or the global renamer is not registered. However if you intend to look for logs for those account, you can't search for them despite being shown in the recent changes. I think we should be able to look for logs for that account. Example on howiki:

That's now weird. It should show the same info with the link I've provided
above.

If you use your link, and then click again at "submit" it is showing the entrys (and it switches the URLs then), so it's kind of internal bug.
