For wikitext editing, show preview is probably quite commonly used, so we may want to consider ways to make it more discoverable as well.
One thing we've talked about before is splitting the Save/Publish button into [ Save page | v ] button group widget with "Preview", "Show changes" and maybe "Cancel" options in there. This'd also fix a few other bugs.
