When a user searches a range, if there are any existing blocks within that range, the interface should show a warning (similar to the current block notices at Special:Contributions). It should include existing blocks of that range, any sub-ranges, and any individual IP blocks within it.

Closing as the parent T145912 has been declined. Showing all blocks within a range is a common and still valid request, but that should be added to core such as with T146628: Add IP range support to [[Special:Log]]
