Description

The MantisBT project uses %1$s as the parameter format. It should be supported as insertables. This is similar to $1 in MediaWiki and other projects, and the configuration is very similar, so marking it as good first task.

@Amire80: This seems to be under groups/MantisBT/ in the codebase of the Translate extension? Or where would a contributor need to investigate? Where would I find out more about parameter formats?
