Steps to reproduce:

1.Open VE for a page
2.From the Options dialog> Category section, add a category or delete an existing category
3.Click "Apply Changes"

Observed Result:
The Category block at the end of the page although does reflect the changes done in that session immediately, but after saving the page it shows previous state in read mode and even after reopening VE.
