Archive project "SUL-Finalization"

Description

All accounts are now, by default, unified and those who were not were renamed and unified: T37707 and https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/SUL_finalisation

As the goal we wanted to achieve is now achieved, I propose to archive the project.

I'll review the tasks left in the board and move out to other projects such as MediaWiki-extensions-CentralAuth or GlobalRename, but I'd also appreciate the help of @hoo or @Legoktm in this area.

Once the board is empty, I'll archive the project

Yep, there are still pending issues, but once they're resolved the SUL-F goal would be achieved IMHO.

Maybe we can migrate all open issues to MediaWiki-extensions-CentralAuth. At least they're related and we'll have them in one single place.

All open SUL-Finalization tasks are also associated to further projects so IMO you can just archive the SUL-Finalization project and nothing else is needed here.
