User story
As a user who comes across an article without any title description, I want to contribute a description that I know follows guidelines and is accepted.
Problem
(Observed in usability testing)
Users who come across an article without a title description and try to add one often take some time to research the article and read through the help examples, but the lack of specific examples means their descriptions are not always within guidelines.
Proposed solution
Show related article examples on the "add title description" screen when users add a title description to articles that do not yet have a title description.
