We should give the user control over the reply indentation level when using Flow. The current behavior is weird.

I don't think so. I subscribed myself to some of those tasks, though, thanks for the link. :-)
I would say that this issue is one of the bigger issues with Flow currently. It's related to a general inability to reorder replies or insert a reply into an arbitrary position when using Flow.
