After visiting the English Wikipedia the Welsh Wicipedia logo disappears, and the English one appears. Here's an example. This certainly happens when using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. Maybe all languages also need to be checked.

Yes. https://cy.wikipedia.org/ . Many users have had this problem, and we have discussed as a community. Go from cy to en and back, maybe do an edit in en and come back to cy, and you will see that the Wicipedia globe has English writing under it.

It looks like the site styles in https://cy.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWici:Common.css override the logo with the English one on high-resolution screens (it's at the very bottom of that page, under "improve resolution of logo on high-resolution screens"). Although I don't see why it would happen only occasionally rather than always. A local administrator needs to delete them.
