JavaScript is broken at cswiki recently
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

I've noticed that JavaScript is broken at cswiki. Nearly every loading some part of JavaScript (from gadgets, site JS, personal JS or even the system) isn't loaded which is making really big problems. For example VisualEditor can't be turned on, the same for new VisualEditor-MediaWiki-2017WikitextEditor (sometimes the links are loaded correctly but the editor can't be turned on, so I must change the URL manually), editmenu isn't shown, special chars can't be inserted via https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Edittools etc etc.

This is UBN as it breaks nearly every editing function. Fix this ASAP please. Don't know if this can be related to the DC switch.

From some reasons this does not affect all projects. English Wikipedia is okay ATM.

The gadget Cat-a-lot is responsible for this.

I fixed this problem by explicit declaration of a gadget's dependencies. Some update in MediaWiki might have caused loading some of them later than gadgets.
