Alt-Shift-S does not work in documentation window

Description

When selecting the "edit documentation" option, and editing the documentation textbox, I would expect Alt-Shift-Save to save the documentation. Instead it saves the main message. That feels counterintuitive to me.

Makes sense. I think S is the only shortcut that needs to be re-assigned when documentation editor is open.

This has been corrected as a side effect of transition to OOjs UI in my patch. @Nikerabbit, could you please review it?

Your patch does not touch the TUX interface at all, only the legacy interface, so I don't think it fixes this bug.
