Gathered some idea from @MelodyKramer on how to promote the highlights from weekly reports of GSOC/Outreachy candidates.

Planning on doing the following as shared by Mel:

• A roundup with highlights to send to wikitech-l and maybe staff and maybe link to on MediaWiki?

"This is a cool quote that says something about my project." - [Person working on project](link to project)

I might frame them like ^^^ which is a little more intriguing to the end user. Take a quote or two from each project each week and publish them as a sort of newsletter roundup? We could also publish that to the FB social media group and to the Wikipedia Weekly Facebook group.
