Apex theme: TagMultiselectWidget has broken margins/alignments

Description

Placeholder is not vertically centred (when no tags added) by a few px:

Spacing around close button is much larger the the spacing to the left of the tag label:

Patch 5aa58f8d2f7afe510d resolves the theme part on input widget-level. Misalignment of close icon has been fixed before.
