As we are rolling out Apex by default to Monobook users, we should probably at least have an insight into the accessibility of the various color combinations of Apex. A good way to do this, is to create an annotated color palette of Apex like there is for Wikimedia UI M82.

I've seen some feedback that indicates that especially Apex's destructive thin red on grey is not a terribly good choice.
