It looks like there's an Android style definition that we're failing to override when changing to Dark mode.

Testing Wikipedia app 2.6.206-alpha-2017-11-2 on ZTE Maven (Z812, Android 5). This is fixed as seen in the below screencap the dialog has visible texts in dark mode.

I can reproduce it on Android 5.0.1 ( API23) device
