Description

Why are we doing this?

Always showing the full screen overlay confirmation screen for contributions to the title description editing screen is excessive once those who have contributed and read the confirmation.

Proposed solution

After a user has made three edits to title descriptions, instead of showing the full overlay confirmation and thanks screen, show the standard confirmation snackbar "Edit published".
