As an editor I want to see changes done on Lexeme pages in my watchlist and recent changes so I can follow what other editors are doing in order to spot vandalism and mistakes.

This seems a little bit unclear to me, The first part is done now. Regarding the second part, if we count the proper summary and diff for forms, this is far from done but otherwise it looks the same.
I think we're good here except for showing of the lemma in recent changes and watchlist before the Lexeme ID. I opened separate tickets for that.
