Some templates are not rendered on Structured discussions description column

Description

When a page is newly converted to structured discussions on French Wikipedia, the template to explain the conversion is not rendered correctly. Only a redlink is displayed:

That's still the case on that page as I'm writing that ticket.

Apparently, make an edit solves the problem, but a dummy edit don't.

The source of the problem may be linked to a global feeling on fr, where people are complaining about slowness and bad rendering of red links, not converted to blue links. I'm investigating that problem but I don't manage to see a tangible cause.

I can't reproduce it on Beta wiki because the template seems to be absent. I've tried with a different template, renaming it, but i don't face that issue (here, with that template).

Another example of the issue - enabling the beta feature "Structured Discussions on user talk" will place the link to the archived User talk page as red.
