Description

Hi all

Since some days I see on translatewiki.net, that the list of items to translate and reread for project mediawiki, is empty - which is abnormal for me. Here is the url generated AUTOMATICALLY by the click action:
https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:Translate&group=mediawiki&action=proofread&language=fr&filter=translated%7C%21reviewer%3A15345%7C%21last-translator%3A15345
I have updated to last Firefox Quantum v57.0.1 but result is the same; I cannot see the items.

For the neighbour project OpenStreetMap, item list to translate is displayed normally.

Thanks.

Christian.

smw-pa-property-predefined__sci_doi has two spaces which mediawiki normalises to one.

Aklapper renamed this task from [[https://translatewiki.net]] i18n issue Cannot see list of items to translate or reread for project Mediawiki to Message not displayed on translatewiki.net when its two underscores are normalized to one.Dec 4 2017, 5:09 PM

Abit better, excepted for ReRead action; I just retried:

  • click on Translate shows 'nothing to translate with redirection button to 'Reread' and panel completed => good

https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:Translate&group=mediawiki&language=fr&filter=%21translated&action=translate

  • click on ReRead display EMPTY list ended only with the progression bar => NOK

https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:Translate&group=mediawiki&action=proofread&language=fr&filter=translated%7C%21reviewer%3A15345%7C%21last-translator%3A15345

Upstream is migrating away from two underscores.

Too bad: empty displayed list of reread items when level is only 40%

The fix for Semantic MediaWiki was done with pull 2880.

Still open to be done (2017-12-29):

Kghbln triaged this task as Medium priority.Dec 29 2017, 3:44 PM

I believe that T183892 addesses a different issue. I do not know what is going on but I have no issues at all proofreading system messages for the "MediaWiki" group.

Better, feature seems operational back now - Friday 5 Jan 2018 - Paris time: 12:42 AM

Yes. This issue was spamming the log so I already put in place the temporary workaround.

Hi How do I login to use this site it shown that I have no permission on this site please kindly let me know so I can use them for translate Meta-Wiki to my language.
Thank you

@Tris_T7-TH: Please ask questions about some site (maybe you mean translatewiki.net?) on that site. This page (a Phabricator task) is about two underscores being converted to one. It is not a general translatewiki.net support forum. Thanks.
