AFAICS most blocking tasks for deployment of MediaWiki-extensions-ThrottleOverride are resolved. We should start by deploying it to the Beta-Cluster-Infrastructure and test it works there.

Nice to see that it may finally happen!

Is there something like a boilerplate checklist of things to do when adding an extension to the beta cluster?

If there is, adding that extension to WikimediaUpcomingAgg.yaml in the translatewiki repo should be a part of it.

In this case, the line to add would be - ext-throttleoverride.
