might be something we want to implement.
As part of our work in 2020 we probably want to move these docker images to build on wmf servers using blubber etc.
So probably don't want to tackle this task in its current state
@Addshore: The previous comments don't explain what/who exactly this task is stalled on ("If a report is waiting for further input (e.g. from its reporter or a third party) and can currently not be acted on"). Hence resetting task status.
