Description

Right now, the tasks associated with this project are assigned the Anti-Harassment tag (or one of the associated sprints). If there are tens of tasks about it (as evident in T179607) and it has a code repository (currently at https://github.com/wikimedia/InteractionTimeline) then it deserves to have a project on Phab.

Need: Right now, #Anti-Harassment is being spammed about tasks related to Interaction Timeline. Imagine a world in which every AbuseFilter task, every CheckUser task, etc would also have an Anti-Harassment tag! It is like that right now.
Project type: The standard type, just like CheckUser or AbuseFilter
Name: InteractionTimeline
Description: A web-based interface for chronologic history for two users on pages where they have both made edits.
