Remove all decommissioned hardware

Description

esams has a lot of (long) decommissioned hardware still in its racks. Before we can prepare new racks/infrastructure/equipment, we should cleanup and remove.

All drives need to be either explicitly wiped or certified destroyed (on-site).

All to-be-removed servers have had their cabling removed, except in rack OE12.
