- T187781: Investigate 2FA for WMSE nextcloud
Event Timeline
Quick note on tangential task (as there is no nextcloud task)
For nextcloud we might also want a 2FA option/requirement. See e.g. https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/11/admin_manual/configuration_user/two_factor-auth.html for this.
Can you break this out to a separate task? I fear it runs a risk of getting forgotten here.
The server seems to have installed fine, including SSL certificate using Certbot (Nextcloud had to be shut down for this), but I haven't figured out how to make it play nice with the Nextcloud sever. This likely has something to do with the reverse proxy.
HTTP is redirected to HTTPS.
@Sebastian_Berlin-WMSE I get a security warning that the detected ssl certificate at collabora.wikimedia.se is that for nextcloud.wikimedia.se
Changing status to reflect that I haven't worked on this for a while.
Collabora is installed on the same server as Nextcloud, but I couldn't quite get them to work at the same time. I think there's some issue with the reverse proxy that I don't quite understand.
Proposed solution: ask IT-Ola if he can take a look at it. It's probably something simple if you know this kind of stuff. @Lokal_Profil, you have some server related mail discussion with him, right? Could you ask about this next time you mail him?
Finally managed to sort this one out. Instructions on how it was done (in Swedish): https://se.wikimedia.org/wiki/Nextcloud/Drift#Collabora.
Yes. I didn't since you usually want to have tasks around until the following weekly planning.
