New Image display in Wikidata, makes it hard to copy the file name without other fragments
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

When trying to highlight the file name from Wikidata items, for copy-paste to use images from the Wikidata item in En Wiki articles that don't have Wikidata enabled templates, I am finding it really hard to copy the Filename without also grabbing the dimensions and size or the file itself. I am currently running on a Chromebook. Is there anyway that the spacing and a full break could be added in the UI, so that copypaste doesn't pull these other artefacts?

@hoo is this maybe solved with your recent rewrite?

It should be, yes. I just tested this by comparing the latest version from Wikidata to the version that has my rewrite: In my new version it is by far easier to pick up the file name in Chromium.

The new version will (probably) be live on Wikidata from Wednesday evening (UTC) on. Pages might need to be purged for it to appear even after that date though.
