Description

Remember to make something like the checklist that we used for the server switch project, for future changes to wikitext parsing (e.g., implementing balanced templates and getting "heredoc syntax" for long arguments).

I had a few tasks re: helping Subbu that I unfortunately can't work on ATM, and will likely merge with yours.

I thought I'd combine https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Parsing/Replacing_Tidy/Workflow_for_community_outreach and some notes from last year's server switch.

I think that a "small model" and a "detailed model" might be useful, since the scale varies in their work.
