I created a new server.
The DB used is the same so accounts should be fine.
Files were not moved and I deleted old imports.
web01.mwfileimport.eqiad.wmflabs is now web00.mwfileimport.eqiad.wmflabs
I copied the cronjob from andrews account to update FileImporter to my home dir and I hope it works

PHP 7.0.27-0+deb9u1 (apache2handler)

The wiki seems to work fine, but for me (also with refreshing the page) the logging in part does not work
