Looking at the actual design I think that the last faq item should not have a bottom border. It looks like something was cut off.
@gabriel-wmde yes, just asked Jan, he says it shouldn't be there. I'll update the PR accordingly.
Looks good, only two minor things:
The button/icon of the search bar looks a little misaligned.
The text "Frage stellen via Kontaktformular" should be a link leading to the contact form.

And if that's a link it should be light blue as the rest I assume?

Thank you for the fixes. Just one more thing (that also applies to T202872): The spacing between headlines and horizontal rulers should be increased to be the same as the spacing between answer paragraphs and rulers.
Oh, and another thing: Hovering the topic "links" should turn the cursor into pointer.
Looks good to me. The "special" design of the overview page is gone, when clicking on the link in the topics list, but let's leave that for after discussing with UX where to actually put the link.
