I meant to add: there is already a link to SVG Translate, but it's from the banner's image, rather than in the text, and I suspect it's not that obvious unless you know it's there.

The new template version is ready for translation, now we need translators to update the impressive number of translations (the list can be seen on the top of translation pages and the /i18n page, currently 57 languages).
