Tooltips are a bit annoying on mobile, I think we should either turn them off or fix the interaction. The worst problem I found was in the graph switcher in one of the tablet modes. On my iPhone I couldn't click any of those buttons, download/permalink/graph switch, I could only see the tooltip on the download button. It's possible the semantic components just don't play nice with the tooltip css.
