Description

I took a look at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth?target=MediaWiki+message+delivery but this list is not accurate. MediaWiki message delivery does exist at other projects such as:

I guess many others will be in the "missing list".

They even do not appear as "unnatached" in CentralAuth.

Could we do something so they all get unified, with proper global user page and proper CentralAuth working?
