Description

Please add following account to SUL:

User:MediaWiki_message_delivery@lrcwiki
User:MediaWiki_message_delivery@gomwiki
User:Flow_talk_page_manager@gomwiki
User:MediaWiki_message_delivery@azbwiki
User:MediaWiki_spam_cleanup

The problem is, global user page is not working for these account.

MediaWiki spam cleanup is indeed used by the cleanupSpam.php maintenance script: https://deployment.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:Log/MediaWiki_spam_cleanup so it should be easy to unify.
