PHP timeout when opening Special:EditWatchlist with 14k pages on the Watchlist on Wikidata

Description

I have more then 14k pages on my Watchlist on Wikidata, but when I want to edit them on Special:EditWatchlist I get an error page:
PHP fatal error:
entire web request took longer than 60 seconds and timed out

As a workaround, does using Special:EditWatchlist/raw work?

Yes that dose work correctly.

The same behavior observed at nowiki. It is reported as w:no:Wikipedia:Torget#Overvåkingsliste virker ikke.

Note that the link Special:EditWatchlist/raw is shown inside the failed page, so a user experiencing the bug will not be able to click on this link.

My watch page is now approx 18 MB in size. That is a bit excessive. The raw file is about 500 KB.

One solution could be to add paging to the special page, to avoid downloading the huge blob.
