Right now, we can only scroll away/hide the search bar. On smaller devices, it would be useful to be able to scroll away the entire top view so that users can see more of the results.

@NHarateh_WMF woot! This is looking really good, it's still a little jumpy when you have tapped into the search bar and then scroll up before scrolling down. I don't think this is a huge blocker though. If getting this transition to be smoother is going to be expensive I think we can skip it.
