I've recently uploaded File:Editors on huwiki until 2019-04-01.png.png (the weird naming is courtesy of T225887). I can edit the description page but I can't edit the structured data (there is no Edit button, in either tab). This is not limited to the user I've uploaded the image with. I'm using Chrome 75 on Ubuntu 18.04; I see no Javascript errors on the console.

Based on initial investigation, this looks like T220277 (I suspect that when the rename template went on the file it caused this known issue).
I've looked at other files with double file extensions that don't have the rename template on them and they're fine (ex: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Hillary_for_Pennsylvania_logo_14882283_1152790248107613_5427941673934179976_o.png.jpg)
