Description

I think I'm hitting a few things in this target smart work where I want fixes merged upstream so it makes sense to plan to do our next live update in conjunction - there is quite a bit of cross over.

Updating Civi we can also bring in the export work for @LeanneS & @NNichols

I would be looking at putting the new release on staging next week for testing but probably not pushing out live until after the 7th - which is when the rc will be finalised & I really want the latest for the code changes

Note this was bigger than average as an upgrade due to having to resolve upstreaming on some dedupe work done earlier

I've resolved test fails & recut it - still to do

1) create an extension to deal with query commenting now there is a core facility for that - speed test
2) update deduper screen for 5.17 code
3) test recurring cancels
4) update afform & test
5) add export UI extension
