Description

Steps to reproduce

Open the Wikipedia app
Ensure no tabs are opened
Open some article (e.g. Chandrayaan-2)
Close the tab
Open a new tab

Expected results

The "Today's featured article" page is shown.

Actual results

The last closed tab is opened. Also, when closing the app and opening it again the "Today's featured article" tab is shown.

App version: 2.7.50292-alpha-2019-09-06
Android OS versions: 5.1.1
Device model: Samsung Galaxy j1 ace
Device language: English
