Text and icons overlaid. At enwiki it also seems like the text is gone sometimes, not sure why. The same thing does not seem to happen at nowiki.
I have not seen these links in VE on other skins, not sure if this is a feature or a bug.

See also T240651. This means the issue identified there is not the sole cause of this. Cc @Jdlrobson. I am not sure whether the tasks should be merged.
The text is shortened if I add uselang=qqx to the url, ie. then the text gets really long, probably by the same mechanism. Note that the text sometimes goes away, but I can't figure out why and when that happen.
