Description

We had a discussion yesterday about the broad scope of the concept and more technical reviews in the same SOP/service line and agreed to see how separating it works out. ( @chasemp @sbassett @Reedy )

Looks like this was split into Security Preview and Application Security Reviews as subprojects under Security-Team-Services.

I took the liberty to add a project description at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/profile/4466/ (please avoid projects without description as Phab is a public place and curious weirdos like me would like to understand what is what).

thanks @Aklapper, yesterday got hairy and I still need to flesh out some of the subproject descriptions and interlinking for clarity
